How can I attend the CRCM course?

You can join live online from home, or attend in person at Sarh’s premises in Amman. Sessions are also recorded, so you can review any lecture you miss.

What language is the course taught in?

Instruction is in Arabic, while the official study materials are in English. The exam itself is available in both Arabic and English.

How long does the programme take?

The course consists of 18 accredited training hours delivered over one month.

What study materials are included?

You receive the official, original course materials issued directly by GAQM, along with an extensive bank of questions and exercises, and you solve a large number of past exams during the sessions.

What does the CRCM exam look like?

It is a 50-question multiple-choice exam lasting one hour, with a pass mark of 70%. It is taken online at Sarh, can be sat throughout the year, and your result appears immediately after you finish.

How many exam attempts do I get, and is the exam fee separate?

The exam fee is listed separately from the course fee and covers three attempts within six months, subject to conditions. Sarh also handles your exam registration as an authorized GAQM examination centre.

Do I get a certificate for attending?

Yes — an accredited attendance certificate is awarded after you complete the 18 training hours. The CRCM exam itself is delivered through Sarh, GAQM’s exclusive authorized agent in Jordan and the Gulf.
