Designing and managing CSR programmes
We support companies in developing social responsibility strategies and programmes aligned to the Sustainable Development Goals. The work covers analysing community needs, designing community initiatives, managing delivery, and evaluating social impact so that the effect is real, while strengthening the organisation’s standing in the community.
Women’s development and gender equality consulting
We focus on strengthening women’s roles in the workplace through programmes designed for professional empowerment. We review policies and procedures to make the working environment inclusive and fair between the sexes, and develop strategies to increase women’s participation in leadership positions and remove institutional barriers, with practical plans to support a culture of inclusion.
Examples of our work in this area
The “Promoting Inclusive Employment Opportunities in the Industrial Sector” initiative under the GAIN and WoMENA projects, in partnership with the Ministry of Environment and the Arab Women Organization, including awareness sessions for industrial companies on inclusive and gender-responsive workplace practices, among them a session in Aqaba.
Strengthening gender-based violence case management services, the primary and life-saving entry point for supporting survivors.
Developing a gender diversity management (GDM) service package under the GEM framework, piloted with 20 companies in the ICT sector.
Training in social and economic inclusion for the most vulnerable groups of youth, women, refugees and people with disabilities.
Developing and delivering training for teams of people with disabilities and for the enterprises they own or manage.
Integrated technical and educational support for refugees, displaced people and local youth, strengthening the technical and social capability needed to work, in Jordan and Lebanon.
