Institutional development at Sarh International

Building organisational structures and HR systems

We help institutions build the structures, HR systems and technical capability that support growth, and that keep the work running on documented systems rather than on particular individuals.

What we provide

Services in this area

01

Organisational development consulting

We assess an organisation’s capability to identify its strengths and weaknesses, and design structures that are more flexible and more efficient. The work covers job descriptions, rebuilding teams, and improving how decisions get made. We also strengthen governance and build a culture that supports change, with change management that carries the organisation through a transition rather than announcing one.

02

Capacity building consulting

We develop an organisation’s human and technical capability through training designed around its actual needs. That includes workshops and specialist courses for management and technical leadership, and mentoring plans that raise capability and institutional effectiveness, with the aim of building teams that can adapt and grow.

03

HR management consulting

We establish or develop HR departments to meet the demands of a modern business. The work covers recruitment and retention policy, professional development plans, performance appraisal and incentive schemes, and building a working environment that attracts good people and keeps them.
