How many training hours does the CFM programme include, and how long does it take?

The programme comprises 21 accredited training hours delivered over about one month.

Can I attend in person or online?

Both. Sessions run in person at Sarh’s premises in Amman and live online at the same time, so you can choose the attendance mode that suits you.

What language is the course taught in?

Instruction is in Arabic, while the official study materials and the exam are available in both Arabic and English simultaneously.

What is the CFM exam format?

In Jordan the exam is sat at Sarh’s premises in Amman; outside Jordan it is taken online from wherever you are, with live proctoring, and we agree the date with you after you book. It consists of 100 multiple-choice questions with a minimum passing score of 70%.

Is the exam fee included in the course price, and how many attempts do I get?

The exam fee is charged separately from the course fee: 140 JOD for Sarh students and 195 JOD for others, covering three attempts within six months, subject to GAQM’s fee at registration.

Are the study materials included?

Yes. You receive GAQM’s official material, enhanced by Sarh as GAQM’s partner, along with the kit and books, with no hidden extra costs.

Who issues the CFM certificate?

The certificate is issued directly by the Global Association for Quality Management (GAQM) in the UK, and Sarh International is GAQM’s exclusive partner for supervising and delivering the Arabic exams for CFM, CRCM, CHRM and CPCA.
