Can I attend the CHRM course online?

Yes. The programme runs as live interactive sessions you can join online from home, or you can attend in person at Sarh’s premises in Amman.

What language is the course taught in?

Instruction is delivered in Arabic, while the official study materials are in English. The exam itself is available in Arabic and English simultaneously.

How long is the programme and how many training hours does it include?

The full programme runs for one month and includes 21 accredited training hours.

What is the format of the CHRM exam?

The assessment consists of 100 multiple-choice questions in 90 minutes, with a minimum passing score of 75%. It is taken online, either within Sarh’s classrooms or from anywhere.

How many exam attempts do I get?

The exam fees cover three attempts, subject to the awarding body’s conditions.

Who issues the CHRM certificate?

The certificate is issued directly by the Global Association for Quality Management (GAQM) in the UK and is accepted by major institutions worldwide. Sarh International is an accredited centre for delivering GAQM examinations.
