Eligibility to sit the exam: a bachelor’s degree · age 27 or above · Jordanian nationality. To book, applicants attach a copy of their ID, a non-conviction certificate, and a copy of their university degree.

How long is the course and how many hours does it include?
The programme runs for about one month and includes 24 training hours. An accredited attendance certificate is awarded once you complete the 24 hours.
Can I attend online, and what if I miss a session?
Yes. The course is delivered in person at Sarh’s premises in Amman or live interactive online, and the lectures are recorded so you can review them at any time.
What language are the course and the exam in?
The explanation, the study materials, and the exam itself are all in Arabic.
What study materials are included in the course fee?
The fee includes the original Income and Sales Tax Expert book, plus simplified supporting handouts with law summaries that are approved for the exam and can be fully relied on when preparing for it.
Who is eligible to sit the tax expert exam?
Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, must be 27 or older, and must hold Jordanian nationality. To book the exam you attach a copy of your ID, a non-conviction certificate, and a copy of your university degree.
When and where is the exam held, and what is the pass mark?
The exam is held twice a year, in June and November, at the Chamber of Industry or Chamber of Commerce, with the exact venue set by the Association. The minimum passing score is 65%.
Are the exam fees included in the course price?
No. The exam is run by the organising body and its fees are charged separately for each of the two papers; the course fee covers the training, the book, and the handouts.
Can I pay the course fee in instalments?
Yes. The price shown is the full-payment price, and there is an instalment option paid in monthly instalments (shown as the crossed-out figure on the page).
