For more than twenty years we have worked with international donors, government institutions and private companies across Jordan and the region. Our work covers organisational development and HR systems, field research and project evaluation, and programmes in economic empowerment and gender.

Every engagement ends with something the institution keeps: an approved structure, a study, a documented system, or a trained team able to carry the work on after the project closes.

Promoting inclusive employment in the industrial sector
Workplace inclusion and the green transition in Jordanian industry
Sarh International delivered the “Promoting Inclusive Employment Opportunities in the Industrial Sector” initiative under GIZ’s GAIN and WoMENA projects, in partnership with the Ministry of Environment and the Arab Women Organization. The work included awareness sessions for industrial companies, among them a session in Aqaba on inclusive and gender-responsive workplace practices, alongside the Inclusive Business Growth Programme, which helps companies attract qualified talent and build more diverse workplaces.
The initiative closed with an event held under the patronage of the Ministry of Environment, recognising the participating industrial companies and business development service providers, and reviewing the results, success stories and lessons learned.

Building the capacity of 5,000 Syrian refugees in digital financial literacy, through tailored modules on JoMoPay and e-wallets.
Strengthening HR management systems and redesigning job descriptions for targeted directorates in the Ministry of Youth.
Strengthening gender-based violence case management services, and training 450 beneficiaries in business management with online mentorship for 60 entrepreneurs.
Training 166 beneficiaries in entrepreneurship and small business management across Amman, Mafraq and Zarqa.
Training 150 beneficiaries from host communities across the governorates in digital inclusion and entrepreneurship.
Developing and delivering training for teams of people with disabilities and for the enterprises they own or manage.
Training water and sanitation (WASH) volunteers in Azraq refugee camp.
Consultancy services for the International Committee of the Red Cross within the Jordan Red Crescent vocational training programme.
Training in social and economic inclusion for the most vulnerable groups of youth, women, refugees and people with disabilities.
