These terms apply to everything you buy from sarhgroups.com, the website of Sarh International for Consulting & Training in Amman. By completing an order you accept them.
Prices and payment
- Prices are set in Jordanian dinars. Depending on where you are, you may see them in your local currency.
- Course fees do not include membership or exam fees charged by the body that awards the certification, unless the product page says so. Those fees are set by that body when you register.
- Instalments are available for CMA, JCPA and CIA at the instalment price shown on each course page. Every other course can be paid in full or in two payments at no extra cost, arranged with our registration team.
Courses and schedules
- Lectures follow the section schedule announced when you register, in the classroom or live on the Sarh Online platform, depending on the option you choose.
- Lecture recordings stay available to you for one year.
- We may move a lecture when necessary, and will tell you in advance.
Online materials and question banks
- Online materials are activated on the Sarh Online platform after you complete your order.
- The access period is stated on each product page and starts from your first login to the platform.
- Access is for your own personal use. The materials are protected by copyright and may not be copied, shared or resold.
Exams and certifications
Each professional certification is awarded by its own awarding body under its own rules. We prepare you for the exam and help you register, but passing depends on your performance in it.
