Refunds cannot currently be requested online through the website; we are working on adding this. Until then, please contact our registration team about any refund request.
Withdrawing from a course
- You can withdraw and get a refund if the course has not started yet, less the cost of any materials you have already received.
- Once the course has started you cannot withdraw, but you can defer or move to another section.
How refunds are paid
When a refund is approved, we pay it by bank transfer to your account. Bank transfer fees are paid by the customer.
Printed books
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as you receive it.
