Training of Trainers Workshop on Gender-Responsive Education
Organized by Sarh Global Consulting and Training, and in cooperation with Plan International and UNICEF, the Training of Trainers (ToT) workshop on gender-responsive education successfully concluded. It saw international participation from Lebanon, Palestine, and Egypt, alongside participants from Jordan.
The workshop aimed to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to promote gender-responsive education concepts, enabling them to transfer this knowledge to various communities to support more inclusive and equitable educational practices.
During the training, participants discussed educational strategies that promote gender equality, break stereotypes, and ensure a supportive environment for children’s development without discrimination. The program also included interactive sessions, case studies, and practical tools to help trainers apply the concepts in the field.
