Certificate Information

The JCPA (Jordan Certified Public Accountant) certificate is uniquely the only legal key in Jordan that authorizes you to obtain the official seal and open your own audit firm.

The Jordan Association of Certified Public Accountants is the body responsible for regulating the public accounting profession in the Kingdom, while professional examinations are conducted under the supervision of the ‘Licensing Committee’ chaired by His Excellency the President of the Jordanian Audit Bureau.

To apply for the JCPA certificate, you must hold a bachelor’s degree or diploma in accounting, or complete a minimum of 24 credit hours in accounting for graduates of other business disciplines. The applicant must also be Jordanian and present a Jordanian national ID when registering for the exam.

The overall pass rate for the exam is 40%, and remarkably, 90% of those who pass are our students who trained with us or relied on our study materials.

When you enroll in the course, you’ll receive a question bank containing over 3,000 questions from previous years with explanations of the correct answer for each question.

It is administered at the University of Jordan in months 6 and 12 of each year according to the date set by the Jordan Association of Certified Public Accountants.

The exam consists of multiple-choice questions and essay questions, with 3 hours allocated for each paper. The total score is 100 points, while the passing score is set at a minimum of 65% to pass the test. Both papers can be taken together or separately.

Our curriculum is based on 7 specialized books carefully developed at Sarh International Center over more than 20 years. The center has accompanied the launch of the first certification exam, making it the pioneering and first center in qualifying certified public accountants from inception to today.

The question bank contains over 3,000 questions and answers, plus explanations and clarifications of the correct answer for each question, with the ability to create an unlimited number of practice tests.

In case of any technical error or if you’re unable to attend the live lecture for any reason, we’ll provide you with the lecture recording, which remains available for 7 consecutive days.

There is a break between Paper One and Paper Two for studying and taking the exam.

The curriculum consists of three paper-based books that will be sent to you after enrolling in the course.

The course fees include only the training course and study materials. As for the JCPA exams, these are fees paid when booking the exam, amounting to 125 dinars per paper, paid to the Jordan Association of Certified Public Accountants upon exam registration.
