Our registration team adds you to the course and section that suits you, and your study material reaches your home or office within 48 hours if you want it delivered.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>What payment methods do you accept?<\/summary>\n<div class=\"faq-a\">\n<p>Cash, CliQ, bank transfer, and Visa cards either at the centre or on the website with no commission. Our finance department can issue you a receipt after payment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>Can I pay in instalments? What does it take to reserve a seat?<\/summary>\n<div class=\"faq-a\">\n<p>The minimum payment to reserve a seat on a short course is 50 JOD.<\/p>\n<p>Short courses (under 500 JOD) are paid in one or two payments within a month of registering. The longer professional courses can be spread:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>JCPA<\/b> \u2014 250 JOD up front, then 300 JOD across three monthly payments (100 a month).<\/li>\n<li><b>CIA<\/b> \u2014 350 JOD up front, then 300 JOD across three monthly payments.<\/li>\n<li><b>CMA<\/b> \u2014 350 JOD up front, then 545 JOD across three payments (180 + 180 + 185).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other courses are paid in full up front or in two payments within a month.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>What do the course fees cover?<\/summary>\n<div class=\"faq-a\">\n<p>The study material, the lectures, the teaching, the support, and the questions and exercises. They do not cover the official exam fees, which are paid to the awarding body.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>Are there discounts?<\/summary>\n<div class=\"faq-a\">\n<p>Yes: for paying cash, for registering two or more people together, for former students, and for registering on more than one course. Discounts start at 25 JOD per person or per course and grow with the number. Contact the registration team for the exact figure.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>Is there a university student discount?<\/summary>\n<div class=\"faq-a\">\n<p>There are currently no special discount agreements with Jordanian universities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>Can I reserve a seat without paying?<\/summary>\n<div class=\"faq-a\">\n<p>You can hold a provisional booking by sending your ID and phone number, but confirming the seat requires at least part of the fee.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>Can I withdraw and get a refund?<\/summary>\n<div class=\"faq-a\">\n<p>Yes, if the course has not started, less the cost of any materials you have already received. Once the course has begun you cannot withdraw, but you can defer or move to another section.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>Can I transfer to a different course or section?<\/summary>\n<div class=\"faq-a\">\n<p>Yes, through the registration team \u2014 it depends on the materials you have received and how many lectures you have attended.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"faq-g\">\n<h2>Studying and certificates<\/h2>\n<details>\n<summary>Are courses in person or online?<\/summary>\n<div class=\"faq-a\">\n<p>Every course runs in person and online at the same time, and you choose which suits you.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>Are lectures recorded? What if I miss one?<\/summary>\n<div class=\"faq-a\">\n<p>All lectures are recorded. Each recording is uploaded automatically to your Sarh platform account within 24 hours and stays available for a month. Your account opens a day or two before the course starts, with the joining link and the files.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>Is the certificate different for online attendance?<\/summary>\n<div class=\"faq-a\">\n<p>No. You receive the same certificate whether you attend in person, online, or through the recordings.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>Are your certificates accredited?<\/summary>\n<div class=\"faq-a\">\n<p>Every course includes a Sarh certificate of attendance, and the professional courses prepare you for the international certification once you pass the official exam. Sarh holds accreditations from PMI ATP, Gold IMA Provider, CFI, GAQM, ACCA, Hock, Certiport, BPP and Gleim.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>What language is the teaching in?<\/summary>\n<div class=\"faq-a\">\n<p>Teaching is generally in Arabic, though some courses have English material and English exams. Each course page states its language.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>What courses do you offer?<\/summary>\n<div class=\"faq-a\">\n<p>Seventeen courses across accounting, finance, project management, human resources, Excel and law \u2014 including PMP, CMA, CIA, JCPA, FMVA, DipIFR, CertIFR, CFM, CHRM, CISA, CPCA, CRCM, tax expert, labour law expert, practical accounting, Excel applications and FMAA. Delivery within Amman is 2.5 JOD, and 4 JOD to other governorates. The CIA curriculum changed completely; for JCPA the auditing standards, accounting standards and legislation books were revised, with lighter updates to the rest.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>Can I buy a single part?<\/summary>\n<div class=\"faq-a\">\n<p>CIA books can be bought one part at a time or as the full set. JCPA books are sold only as a complete set \u2014 Paper One (legislation) corresponds to books five, six and seven, and Paper Two (financial and audit) to the first four books.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>How long does question bank access last, and how do I renew?<\/summary>\n<div class=\"faq-a\">\n<p>The subscription runs 18 months from your first login to the platform, not from the date of purchase.
